Prima 96PLUSTM is 96 well semi quantitative thermal cycler with an aluminum block having customizable gradient facility. User can set a gradient range of one's own choice with a zone-to-zone difference of 5°C. Thermal block has 6 independent temperature control sensors and 6 peltier heating units to ensure accurate and uniform temperature across the block surface; provide users for replicating previous condition set-up.
